Missile and Wings upgrade

For a full missile and wings upgrade, don't touch the controls at the start of the game. Instead, let the first ship die and on the next life, you'll have a full missile upgrade and wings upgrade. You will still, however, be on the slowest speed, so stars still need to be collected.
