Unlimited continues

For unlimited continues, start a two-player game and have player 2 intentionally lose all lives and continues. Complete the level with player 1, then press Run on controller 2 before the next level begins (at the screen with both characters watching a movie reel). If done correctly, player 2 will be playable again with unlimited continues.
