Cheat mode

For cheat mode, press Select, Up, Right, Down, Left, Select, Up, Right, Down, Left, then Select at the "Load Data" screen.

Debug menu

For a debug menu, have at least one saved game file. Press Run at the title screen to enter the "Game Load" menu, then press Select, Up, Right, Down, Left, Select, Up, Right, Down, Left, then Select.
