After you buy the White Magic "Sight", you can duplicate any spells except for "Sight". Give "Sight" and the spells you want to copy to a character that can use White Magic, then go to the "Magic" menu and remove the spells that you want to copy. Use "Sight" without leaving that menu and you should still have the spells that were removed in the "Magic" menu and the duplicate spells in the "Item" menu. Duplicate expensive spells and sell them to make as much gil as desired.
