Level Select

For a level select, reset the console three times during the title screen, then press Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down, B, then A on controller 2.

Level Select and 99 Continues

Intentionally lose the game and wait for the title screen to appear again. At the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Up, Down, B, A, then Start on controller 1, then press B on controller 2. Press Up or Down to select an new level, then press B on controller 2 to begin game play with 99 continues.

Infinite Continues

When you lose all lives and have the opportunity of continuing, press Down and the number of continues remaining should increase.
