Invincibility

At the title screen, quickly press Up, Up, Up, Down, Down, Down, A, B, A, B, Select then Start. You will hear a sound if the code was entered correctly. You must them press Right, Left, Right, Left, B then A. The word "Invincible" will appear if the code was entered correctly.

Sound Test

To access the sound test, hold Diagonal Up/Left, Select, A and B and press Start at the title screen. Ryu will be displayed if the code has been entered correctly. The sound test can also be accessed by pressing Start after the title screen fades to display it again and then pressing Diagonal Up/Left, A, B and Start which will display Irene if the code has been entered correctly. To access the sound test and display both Ryu and Irene, press Start after the title screen fades to display it again. Allow the screen to fade again and press Start, then press diagonal Up/Left, A, B and Start.

Extra Lives

In Level 4-2, jump up and intentionally get hit by an opponent to land on the first ledge of the screen. Collect the extra life, then return to the ladder and climb up to the screen where you were hit by the opponent. Continue this process to collect as many lives as you like.

To perform a wall jump, press A while pressing the Directional Pad in the opposite direction you are facing off the wall.

Hint: Power-up weapons

Note: Collect as many of the Ninja Power Symbols as possible, as they are required in order to use special weapons.

Weapon	Description
Throwing Star	Basic throwing weapon that uses five power points
Windmill Throwing Star	More powerful than the basic throwing star. Will return to the direction thrown, uses ten power points.
Art of Fire Wheel	Deadly fire weapon that uses eight power points.
Fire Dragon Ball	You must possess the Dragon Sword to convert your attack into electrical power, uses eight power points.
Invincible Fire Wheel	Rotates around the ninja's body making him temporarily invincible.

To use a power-up weapon, hold Up and press B.
