To unlock the bonus levels, you must finish a level without using a continue. Three bonus levels for that difficulty will be unlocked. You cannot get bonus levels for the Master difficulty.
In Beginner Level 2, instead of heading towards the goal, turn around and go up the little point. Fall off and land on a platform beneath to find another goal that will allow you to warp to level 5.
You can combine powerups to gain Super Power-ups. Here are the combinations:
