To access the hidden game of Pac-Man (except with Spiderman as Pac-Man and Venom as the ghosts), start playing the game in Nightmare mode. When you're on Electro's level, collect the key, then drop down the left side of the screen. You will see a small Game Gear on your way down. Land on it and go back to Peter's room where you will be given the option of playing the hidden game.
This cheat requires the Pro Action Replay cheat device.
