To view the map, pause the game and press B, A, B, A, Right, A, C, Up, then Start.

Level select

For a level select, pause the game in practice mode and press B, A, B, A, Right, A, C, Up, then Start. A white flash will confirm the code has worked. Then, hold Down, A, B and C together and press Start. Begin a normal game and press Up or Down at the character selection screen to select a new starting level.
