Get to the Pirate World Act 2 level and collect the power-up in the top left corner of the level at 004,005. Move to the far right edge of the level and collect the power-up buried in the rock to the right of the level exit at 446,054. Collect the health power-up at 026,007, then get the extra life hidden in the tunnel above the exit at 433,014. Get the mermaid sketch power-up above where you entered the level at 033,005. Press and view the sketchbook. Select the mermaid and press .
To enable cheat mode, hold , and on controller 1 while holding and on controller 2 at the title screen. A sound will confirm the code has worked. The following features can then be activated. Additionally, location coordinates will be displayed during game play.

For bonus make bonus items appear, collect the indicated special item in the corresponding level. Collect the bonus item and reach the end of the maze to collect the indicated power-ups.
