Santa Claus appearance

Set the system's internal date to December 25 to witness an appearance by Santa Claus.

New Year's Day message

Set the system's internal date to January 1 to view a Happy New Year message. No snow will fall at 12:00 a.m. on this date.

Valentine's Day message

Set the system's internal date to February 14 to see Valentine hearts.

Play as Reala (April 1 secret)

Set the system's internal date to April 1 to play as Reala. An option to play as Reala will then appear in the presents menu after finishing one level as her.

Hidden images

To find hidden images, insert the game disc into a PC compatible CD-ROM drive and look in the "EXTRAS" directory.

Fight Dr. Robotnic

To fight Dr. Robotic, play the game with Sonic the Hedgehog.

Rotate the 3D level map

To rotate the 3D level map, view the level model at the "Link Data" or "Best Time" screens, then press L or R to move the model. Press L and R together to stop it.

Nightopian "Dreams Dreams" music

To hear the Nightopian "Dreams Dreams" music, first gain the Nightopian Collection option. Go to any level and get every Nightopian on the happiest setting. After this has been achieved, look at the Nightopian collection for that level. The Nightopians will sing and hum the "Dreams Dreams" music.

Change the snow

Set the system's internal clock to a date in November through February with the following times to change the snow into the corresponding items:/p>
