No equipment mode

To start the event without any equipment, press Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, then Right at the event selection screen.

Alternative costumes

For alternative costumes, hold Up or Down at the character selection screen, then press A or C to select that character.

Play as Jeff Jansens

To play as Jeff Jansens, complete the game in arcade or regular mode with at least 10 000 points. Highlight the "Regular" or "Arcade" mode options at the main menu. Hold L and R together and press Start. Continue to hold L and R together at the character selection screen, highlight B.B., and press A.

Play as Yellow Discman

To play as Yellow Discman, select any character in any game mode. Then, press Up, Up, B, Down, Down, then B when the loading screen with the event name appears.

Play as Black Discman

To play as Black Discman, select any character in any game mode. Then, press Up, Up, Up, B, Down, Down, Down, then B when the loading screen with the event name appears.

Play as Pink Discman

To play as Pink Discman, select any character in any game mode. Then, press Up, Up, Up, Up, B, Down, Down, Down, Down, then B when the loading screen with the event name appears.

Running mode

For running mode, press Left, Left, Left, Right, Right, then Right when the world records appear on an event's title screen.

Forward flip (Speed Ski)

To perform a forward flip, press Up, Down, Left, Right, then A when your character appears on the Speed Ski event's introduction sequence.

Side flip (Speed Ski)

To perform a side flip, press Right, Left, Down, then Up when your character appears on the Speed Ski event's introduction sequence.

Alternative viewpoint (Slalom)

For an alternative viewpoint in Slalom, hold A during the Slalom event's introduction sequence. Release A after the event begins.
